THE OPPORTUNITY
Hansler Industries is looking for an organized Branch Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Minimum one year of related work experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline is considered an asset
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation, as this role is onsite
Responsibilities:
As a Branch Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, collecting pertinent information, and transferring customers to the right contact as needed
- Safety administration and document filing
- Supporting management across departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Assisting branch visitors, including customers, delivery drivers, and vendors
- Dispatch Service tasks to Field Technicians
