Description:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and timely courier services.
  • Supervise, guide, and evaluate employee performance.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance service quality.
  • Prepare financial reports, revenue statements, and other performance indicators for management.
  • Propose and implement strategies to grow sales and expand the market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Work in a multicultural workplace
  • Willingness to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to job demands.
  • May work on weekend and public holiday
  • Any other duties required reasonably by the Director.
