Description:
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and timely courier services.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate employee performance.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, handling complaints and inquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance service quality.
- Prepare financial reports, revenue statements, and other performance indicators for management.
- Propose and implement strategies to grow sales and expand the market.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using management software and Microsoft Office.
- Work in a multicultural workplace
- Willingness to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to job demands.
- May work on weekend and public holiday
- Any other duties required reasonably by the Director.
