- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration
- Minimum of five (5) years post-qualification relevant experience in a similar job position in the insurance/microfinance sector
- Experience hiring and training individuals

- Formulating and executing strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
- Providing effective leadership and mentorship to the branch team.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitoring and optimizing branch performance against set metrics.
