REQUIREMENTS:

• You must have a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the hardware products related industry. You must have a proven track record in a highly competitive sales environment.
• Multiple work locations.
• Willing to work and remain contactable during outlet operating hours including Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Help to implement marketing plans align with online platforms
• Develop sales strategies and approaches, such as special promotions, and work with related departments to improve sales.
• Train and manage the team to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
• Create and present regular performance reports for managers and executives.
