JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve branch objectives.
• Provide effective leadership and mentorship to the branch team.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and optimize branch performance against set metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities within the region.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience within the insurance sector.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Resides in or willing to relocate to the specified state.
