Description:
SALARY: £50,000 - £52,000 + BONUS 20% + COMPANY CAR
Northgate Vehicle Hire are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager either in the automotive industry or from a strong retail background to help turn our Leeds branch in to one of our most successful Northgate Vehicle Hire branch’s. You will be coming in to a branch that has so much potential, experience and passion to get it to where it belongs, our Leeds branch is one of our largest branch’s within Northgate Vehicle Hire.
The branch is located in the city of Leeds, it has fantastic transport routes for travel to and from the branch
Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a team focused on maximizing revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee branch performance, including rental activity and workshop efficiency, while maintaining top-tier customer relationships.
- Innovation & Strategy: Drive innovation and improvement efforts to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize operational processes.
- Customer Service: Deliver on our promise of outstanding service by ensuring your team meets high technical and quality standards.
