THIS IS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR AN AMBITIOUS AND ENTHUSIASTIC ASSISTANT MANAGER OR SENIOR BRANCH STAFF LOOKING TO FURTHER THEIR CAREER WITH REECE.

This is a position of responsibility and accountability and as such we are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate the ability to:

  • Coach staff and Assistant Managers on the principles of running an effective and profitable branch e.g. selling techniques, customer service and staff motivation.
  • Seek new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external suppliers.
  • Display timely and quality decision making, working under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Display a high level of verbal and written communication skills.

QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES REECE LOOK FOR INCLUDE:

  • Proven ability to carry out customer development visits resulting in sales growth.
  • Excellent strike rate in winning high value quotes.
  • Ability to maintain positive pricing.
  • Promote VAP sales and margins.
  • Effectively run SMS.
  • Maintaining and assisting with debtors.
  • Fully meets and achieves performance objectives.
  • Support the development of a branch succession plan.
  • Demonstrates planning ability.
  • History of demonstrating and living The Reece Way.
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit.
  • A focus on managing a safe and happy environment.
