Description:
Style Crest has a 50+-year tradition of growth and innovation in the building products industry. The organization has a commitment to the manufactured housing industry and the residential exterior cladding market with an extensive product offering and a dedicated service platform that customers count on to support the success of their businesses. We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for our manufactured housing store business serviced from the Albuquerque location. In this role, you will manage a team of associates and be responsible for the successful execution of operational activities, including inside sales, outside sales, customer service, counter sales, warehousing, inventory management, delivery, installation, facility upkeep and organization, safety, security, asset and equipment maintenance, and budget and P&L performance
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 5 years of prior management and leadership experience, preferably in a related industry with comparable responsibilities.
- Inventory and warehouse management experience is required.
- Forklift and box truck operation experience is required.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of Mobile Homes, Manufactured Housing, heating, and cooling products is preferred.
- Be proficient in using Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with a WMS or ERP system such as Epicor is preferred.
- Strong communication (written & verbal), organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- An analytical, detailed, and process-oriented individual with demonstrated success in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and sound decision-making.
- Prior experience in business planning and developing customer relationships.
- Knowledge of distribution and transportation activities and the impacts of federal/state laws on these activities.
- Operates from a clear set of positive values, principles, and ethics.
- Demonstrated team player who can lead and facilitate a team to produce results while maintaining positive working and customer relationships.
- Ability to be flexible, adaptive, and manage business changes with a positive attitude.
