WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Manage and mentor staff in Trucks and Machinery, and Damaged & EOL business units
- Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive sales strategies to meet targets
- Responsible for financial P&L analysis and management in Seaview Turners Commercial branch and wider Wellington area
