As a Branch Manager in Glasgow (UBF) you’ll be responsible for running the day to day operations of one of our busiest branches in Scotland - 4 direct report £4 million t/o.

  • Leading, developing and motivating the team
  • Focusing on sales and growth
  • Providing excellent customer service building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous Management experience
  • Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing and Heating / Distribution
  • Strong sales background
  • Full UK Driving Licence

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 07.30am -4.30pm and every other Saturday morning 08.00am - 12.00noon.
