We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Branch/Retail Banking Clerk in the service industry. The role is based in Pleasanton, California, where the selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service.
• Leverage banking software to facilitate transactions and maintain customer accounts.
• Understand and comply with banking regulations during all transactions.
• Assist in collection processes and manage consumer loans when required.
• Support the team in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
• Stay updated with changes in products, services, consumer protection laws, and policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of banking software
• Experience in answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner
• Knowledge of credit principles and practices
• Awareness of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to provide high-quality banking services to customers
• Experience working in a call center customer service environment
