Responsibilities:
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you are in charge of overseeing and supporting the daily operations of a number of Western Union branches, ensuring that they adhere to company policies while increasing sales transactions and maintaining superior service quality to customers.
- Create and maintain appropriate levels of focus, operational integrity, and compliance with legal corporate and regulatory procedures.
- Manage a team of Senior Tellers, coach them and act as their point of contact for all operational and system-related questions.
- People administration reports to present to the business.
- Participate in different projects.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or be a student in Business Administration, Human Resources or related and need 3 years’ experience working as a supervisor in a retail environment.
- You’ll need 3 or more years’ experience in people management, big and dynamic groups.
- You should have used your leadership to obtain business results and quality customer services.
- Teamwork oriented. Results driven. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills.
- Intermediate English level (B1) is desirable and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (desirable).
- Workday experience is a plus.
- Need your own car and driver’s license. You must be available to travel.
- You’ll need strong communication skills. The key for this role is that you have a strong leadership profile, adaptation to change and have a desire to learn and motivate others.
