EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

The Branches Account Manager will coordinate and supervise all aspects of TWU GLOBAL’s account services across different locations and programs. The position will supervise the processing of payables and timely collection of receivables. This position will work closely with the Executive Director of Branches to ensure accurate reporting of TWU GLOBAL revenues, enrolment, registration, and student finances.

OTHER MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and delegate appropriate work to Branch Account Coordinators ensuring that Branch Account Coordinators are mentored and fully supported
  • Monitor and provide troubleshooting A/R & A/P related issues and concerns
  • Ensure that month-end activities and deadlines are met 5
  • Support the Executive Director-Branches in the preparation of annual budgets, as necessary
