Responsibilities:

  • Brand Activation Strategy: You will lead the creation and execution of unique offline activation strategies, focusing on events, partnerships, and samplings to build emotional connections with consumers and amplify brand awareness across markets.
  • Event & Live Marketing Execution: Spearhead memorable and engaging live activations, ensuring all experiences resonate deeply with consumers and set the brand apart from competitors. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate activations into broader campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Strategic Partnerships: You will establish and manage partnerships with top-tier influencers, media, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and create authentic collaborations that drive consumer loyalty and trust.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously analyze the impact of brand activations and events, using data to refine strategies, maximize engagement, and drive results. You will ensure each activation contributes to long-term brand growth and differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment between offline activations and the overall brand strategy. Ensure that activations are smoothly executed across all markets.
  • Market Research & Trend Adaptation: Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends, continuously adjusting activation strategies to stay relevant. Conduct research on local markets and consumer behavior to tailor events and partnerships for maximum resonance.
  • Global Brand Expansion: As the Brand Activation Lead, you will play a key role in expanding the brand’s presence internationally, ensuring that activations are culturally relevant and impactful for both current and future customers.
  • Creative Innovation: Continuously explore and develop new offline touchpoints to engage consumers in innovative ways, keeping the brand at the forefront of experiential marketing trends.
