Hello potential future Oatly employee. It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 25 or so years ago. We exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. And now, we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oat drink flowing in Ireland. So, should we get into the good stuff?

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Brand Activation Manager. You’ll be a culturally connected, super-organised self-starter who is responsible for building the Oatly brand in Ireland – bringing Oatly into cool, exciting new spaces and communities to support our broader mission.

Here’s what the role looks like day to day…

  • Work with the Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) to plan and deliver an impactful brand activation calendar for Ireland.
  • Work closely with Ireland Commercial (OOH and Grocery) and Barista teams to activate the brand in those channels.
  • Work with Events & Partnership team to identify best opportunities to showcase the brand in Ireland.
  • Manage key 3rd party agency relationships – from project brief to delivery to wrap-up.
  • Be responsible for managing the brand budget for Ireland.
