Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage and Inform
- Represent client brands with enthusiasm, professionalism and knowledge.
- Interact with consumers to communicate key brand messages and product benefits.
- Answer questions and provide guidance to enhance customer experience.
- Event Support
- Set up and disassemble of event spaces, ensuring all brand assets are properly displayed and functional.
- Assist in coordinating and managing branded events, pop-ups and activations.
- Maintain a clean and professional event space throughout activations.
- Brand Representation
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand(s) you are representing.
- Uphold brand values and personality through all interactions.
- Wear branded attire and follow dress code requirements.
- Data Collection and Reporting
- Gather consumer insights and feedback during activations.
- Record and report key metrics, such as engagement levels, sales conversions and/or event attendance.
