As a Brand Ambassador Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to become the face of our company. In this position, your responsibilities include developing and maintaining a positive brand image, utilizing your excellent communication skills and sales expertise to engage with potential customers both online and offline. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a vibrant and loyal customer community, driving our brand’s growth through various marketing initiatives, and implementing effective customer engagement strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in field marketing with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals, backed by a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $22.00/Hr. Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $32.00/Hr

Responsibilities:

  • Set qualified leads and appointments, surpassing personal event goals.
  • Plan and coordinate staff coverage for events in collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager.
  • Lead event setup and take-down, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Demonstrate best practices in booking appointments, working alongside brand ambassadors at events.
  • Provide training and coaching for event promoters, creating an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate a culture of positive reinforcement at each event and retail location.
  • Motivate event/retail staff to achieve their personal goals.
  • Monitor and track promoter attendance, ensuring punctuality and compliance with policies.
  • Act as the point of contact for brand ambassadors during events and campaigns.
  • Track and report daily team results to the Field Marketing Manager.
  • Conduct shift rollout and wrap-up meetings, discussing challenges and opportunities.
  • Schedule additional training meetings with staff as needed.
  • Develop or work with the Field Marketing Manager(s) to provide new training material, incentives, and games.
  • Maintain professionalism and manage supply inventory for displays, banners, and event/retail materials.
