ClassForKids, part of The Access Group, is an award-winning booking and management software for kids’ activity clubs, supporting over 3,000 clubs daily. About you: In this role, you’ll lead brand and content marketing initiatives for ClassForKids, enhancing brand awareness and driving new business. Your goal is to keep ClassForKids at the forefront of the kids’ activity industry, showcasing it as the leading booking software and inspiring clubs to join and grow with us. You’ll need extensive content strategy experience, strong communication skills, and a creative mindset to succeed. Comfort in front of the camera is essential, as you’ll appear across our social channels, including our popular podcast, “In the Club.” If you enjoy the spotlight, this role is perfect for you! Day-to-day, you will: • Lead and support a small team of content and social media specialists, conducting performance reviews and fostering skill development. • Collaborate with a passionate marketing team to create engaging content, generate leads, and manage tasks using project management tools. • Present and report on brand and content strategies to senior leadership, while ensuring high-quality output across all channels. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies, manage campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across all communications Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experienced brand and content marketing manager with a strong background in creating and implementing effective content strategies that drive business growth. • Proficient in conversion copywriting, SEO, and modern marketing strategies, including inbound and outbound tactics. • Skilled in using project management tools like Monday and Asana, with a proven track record in executing integrated marketing plans across various channels. • Self-motivated team player with a strong customer focus), capable of working independently while delivering measurable results.
