REQUIREMENTS
- Consistent record in drinks consumer marketing, with min 5 years’ experience
- Entrepreneurial approach to brand building
- Commercially astute, understanding P&L and business plans
- Ability to form relationships and influence at all levels of an organisation
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a matrix structure
- Creative thinker, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Focused and results driven with ability to work under pressure
- Ability to analyse data and propose solutions / strategic direction (small detail to big picture thinking)
- Excellent organisation skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Marketing Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:
ROLE OUTLINE
To support and inspire the markets to deliver brand plans that drive growth whilst building long term brand equity for Don Papa. This role requires working closely with 3rd Party Distributors to deliver strong activity programmes, driving distribution and consumer engagement. It also includes leading the development and implementation of key marketing programmes for the brand, from digital advertising to off premise displays. It is based in GB with some European and global travel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the marketing goals and approach to build the brand in market, working with 3rd Party Distributors, and gaining relevant stakeholders’ approvals and buy ins.
- Work closely with Europe distributor internal and external stakeholders (sales, customer marketing, marketing, agencies) as needed to ensure the brand plans are executed.
- Develop and deliver key Don Papa marketing programmes to meet agreed KPIs, on time and on budget.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with distributors to ensure the brand is on track to meet objectives (marketing and commercial), adjusting marketing campaigns and strategies as needed.
- Prepare presentations on brand activity, performance and sales, working with stakeholders as the need arises.
- Track and handle distributor marketing and project budgets, providing quarterly updates.
- Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on drinks industry, competition, pricing and market trends, utilizing desk research, including industry sources such as IWSR.
- General project & office management, agency co-ordination and collaboration with the wider Don Papa distributed team e.g. POS co-ordination, market tools, brand logistics management.
