Description:

We are currently hiring a Brand and Shopper Analyst in Boston, MA .
*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams’ weekly schedule.
The Brand & Shopper Insights Analyst is responsible for using syndicated and internal data to deliver comprehensive reports and actionable insights to the brand teams. The analyst works closely with the brand teams to address key business questions, evaluate brand performance, and analyze shopper behavior to help inform brand strategies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years prior analytics experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while setting priorities simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are necessary
  • Ability to work with and connect multiple data sources to drive concise and actionable insights
  • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with syndicated data sources (e.g. Circana/IRI, NIQ/Nielsen, Numerator)
  • Experience with visualization software (ex: Power BI or Tableau)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly & monthly meetings/calls for CIA team and other meetings with brands the role supports as needed
  • Provide back-up support for other members of the team within Brand & Shopper Insights
  • Provide additional ad hoc analysis upon reques
