POSITION SUMMARY:
The Brand Business Manager (BBM) will oversee select Marsham Clients, helping to maximize business growth by providing exceptional customer service and brand management. The BBM will be responsible for growing client brands nationally, driving sales and profitability while enhancing brand recognition and positioning in the market. This role reports to the Senior Brand Business Manager and will require the candidate to meet company and client objectives at National and Regional accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical thinker, strategic problem solver, works independently, make decisions where appropriate and meets predetermined and unexpected deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and selling skills across multiple audiences of management and National CPG Accounts/Clients.
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize key performance drivers for the Client.

Responsibilities:
- Execute Clients’ Annual Plans developing strategies on Customer channels, Distributor partners, Assortment, Pricing, and Promotions.
- Partner with Client in developing Quarterly/Annual Plans, volume projection, and targets.
- Support to develop, execute, maintain, and track progress of annual Client business plan & KPIs.
- Determine best path to market for new products.
- Review monthly scorecards for the Client(s).
- Monitor and manage Client’s trade spending to ensure it is within budget.
- Advise Client on Canadian customer landscape category dynamics and other category management practices including assortment and POG development.
- Coordinate and attend industry trade shows as required.
- Liaise between Client and Sales team to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain communication with sales team regarding product knowledge, quarterly/annual objectives, promotional information, innovations, discontinuation, category insights and price changes.
