TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS POSITION

  • We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with broad experience across a range of areas which may include, brand, communication, marketing operations, and campaigns and market research
  • You will have experience in people leadership or coordinating a high performing team
  • You will have a solid background in Media Planning and are experienced in working with Agencies
  • You will have led marketing campaigns, including managing timelines and budgets
  • Strong understanding of Performance Media and demonstrated experience in managing Digital Marketing strategies
  • Previous experience in Brand Governance is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

This key position will see you manage, optimise, and maximise our brand communication strategies delivering positive customer engagement and increased sales growth. You will be responsible for managing all tactical marketing campaigns internally and being the marketing lead when working on cross functional projects.

  • Execute brand media strategy for the year with a focus on engaging existing and reaching new customers
  • Work closely with media and digital agencies to strategically plan brand communication across all media channels
  • Work with our internal stakeholders to ensure all promotional events have the appropriate media support
  • Responsible for Supercheap Auto’s brand governance and for brand usage across all channels as well as managing the approval process of brand usage
  • Liaise with creative and production agencies to ensure on time, quality executions of campaign across all channels
  • Deliver on a market research and insights program
  • Deliver all campaign materials in line with brand guidelines
  • Monitor, manage and control all media and campaign expenditure
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to effectively plan all campaign element
  • Leadership of a team of Assistants and Coordinators, as well as the in-house Graphic Design Studio
