Nespresso have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Brand, Communications & Sustainability Marketing Manager to lead a high performing team of 7 in our Marketing team at our Head Office located in Rhodes.
This position is responsible for an extensive and complex communications strategy and media budget, which is deployed utilising data rich signals for full funnel deployment. The role leads a substantial PR, influencer, partnership and activations program to drive local cultural relevance, strengthen brand health and deliver commercial objectives. Also, responsible for shopper communications across our boutique network and in all Trade partners.
Reporting to directly to the Head of Marketing this position is pivotal in driving Nespresso’s brand image and creating brand consideration through the execution and evaluation of the global media strategy & campaigns and develop, execute and evaluate communications to local market needs. Your responsibilities will include however will not be limited to:
- Lead media planning and execution
- Sustainability and Force for Good plans including recycling program and partnership relationships
- Agency partnership leadership
- Lead market analysis and trend evaluations.
- Drive B2C activation strategies
- Lead localisation and execution of shopper marketing in network of boutiques and Trade partners
- Global stakeholder management
- Initiate and evaluate local market initiatives.
- Localize and execute global media strategies.
- Organize marketing events and evaluate agency performance.
- Develop, evaluate and execute corporate communications.
- Maintain brand identity and tone-of-voice.
- Team leadership, coach and develop team of 7
- Manage recruitment and ensure team engagement.
- Uphold company policies and promote a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent in marketing or a related commercial field, at least 8 years of experience as a Product and/or Brand Manager with leading brands, a strong commercial focus, and a proven track record in managing large and complex media investment.
