Responsibilities:

  • Managing campaign execution across broadcast, digital and social platforms, including reporting and meticulously tracking advertising elements (tarps, impressions, episodic clips, in-program commitments) to ensure effective delivery and maximise client retention.
  • Assisting with the creative execution and delivery of sponsorship assets including billboards, graphics, digital content, and vignettes across our General Entertainment and Sporting Events.
  • Providing administrative support to the Brand Content & Integration team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Developing and distributing compelling client proposals, presentations, post-campaign reports, and other essential communications.
  • Contributing to commercial content ideation, production approvals, and accurate forecasting of associated Production costs.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on critical paths, campaign tracking, and performance analysis.
