JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand/Content Manager to lead our content team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a videographer, two graphic designers, an in-house nutritionist, a communications manager, and a social media & community executive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, health, and wellness, along with a proven track record in brand management and content strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Prep Kitchen’s goals and enhances brand visibility
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals to produce high-quality content that reflects our brand values.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of video content, graphics, nutritional information, and social media posts.
- Audience Engagement: Work closely with the nutritionist and communications manager to develop informative and engaging content that meets customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve content strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between team members, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and messaging.
