Description:
We are looking for a passionate Brand Executive! You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a positive brand image, driving customer loyalty, and helping the company achieve its marketing and business objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creative skills, and a deep understanding of the market and customer behavior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related fields
- Entry Level Bachelor Candidates are welcome to apply
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, A&P, Marketing Communication in the food & beverage industry will be desired
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time – to deliver results on time and under budget
- Creative with an excellent aesthetic sense with a strong communication and presentation skills
- Sensitive to changes in consumer trends and lifestylesWilling to work in the West

Responsibilities:
- Supporting role to the Business Unit management, ensuring the project is aligned with the brand strategy plan and targeting excellent delivery on time
- Conceptualization of advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives, and activities in line with the company’s business plans and brand strategies
- Working closely with suppliers, business associates and management in formulating and implementing A&P initiatives
- Monitor brand performance through analysis, research, and responses on a regular basis
- Monitor, control and evaluate all advertising and promotion expenditure to ensure conformity to planned deployment
- Develop creative promotional campaigns to achieve sales objectives
- Identify opportunities within the current business model to optimize revenue growth
- Manage & generate content for website, social media, and other platforms
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors
