Description:

BRAND EXPERIENCE MANAGER - Full-Time
Building our BRAND by creating engaging fan communication and amazing Righteous experiences at our Headquarters and events across Canada for fans, partners & fellow Righteous-onians.
This full time role is in person at our Calgary, AB HQ - our Google-meets-Willy Wonka factory where the magic happens!

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Proven Social and Digital marketing success
  • You have strong financial acumen, having managed a budget and ideally been responsible for growing sales and profitability.
  • You’ve led people and teams and know that it’s best done from the front!
  • Ideally you’ve had experience in customer service and know what it takes to make a customer a Fan!
  • Ideally you’ve worked with brands and have experience in taking them to another level (experiential marketing, event management, grassroots marketing, etc.)
  • Nice to haves are Food Safe Certificate and Cafe or Food Service Experience

  • Strong experience working with vendors and managing vendor relations
  • Meticulous records management

EXPERIENCE EXECUTION (DIRECTLY OR VIA THE EXPERIENCE TEAM)

  • Work with internal and external partners to execute the annual marketing plan
  • Host Gelato Experiences!
  • Manage execution of all external app and delivery platforms.
  • Manage communication with external shipping partners
  • Manage and systemize day-to-day inventory tracking
  • Work alongside innovation to create new and seasonal flavors where required.
  • Safely learn to operate all required equipment to make the best quality product.
  • Ensure all required equipment is always clean and ready to go!

As a leader within the Righteous Marketing Team, this role has three main responsibilities:

  • Provide thought leadership, energy and creativity to our marketing efforts with a focus on delivering world-class social and digital brand communication
  • Drive rapid growth of the Experiences Business Unit, which includes Brand Activations, Food Truck Events, and in-Person Experiences such as Gelato Academy and Tour & Tastings
  • Ensure that all of our external interactions with Fans, Partners, Customers, etc. deliver an above-expectation experience
