Purpose of Role
To lead the development and execution of strong growth drivers and innovative brand experiences in the 3rd Space: Music Festivals, Local Fairs, Massive Sports Events & any other cultural massive event where context connects with the brands passion point. This role also has the purpose to lead multifunctional teams such as marketing, commercial and third party agencies to bring the strategy into execution.

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy for 3rd Space and lead the cross functional teams (marketing, agencies and commercial) experiences to build brands, recruit consumers and win on every occasion where our portfolio has the right to.
  • Build Scotch, Agave and Emerging Brands growth drivers, experiences and 365 essentials for each subsegment of the 3rd space.
  • Lead multifunctional teams in partnership with marketing, also handling performance and ensuring OTIF execution of all brand plans.
  • Ensure brilliant brand execution and brand building critical metrics.
  • A&P management and investment, ensuring efficiently investment and accordingly to brand critical metrics and investment strategy.
  • Be curious and be on the move to always participate on the biggest and trending events across all passion points: food, sports, music to name the most important at this time

  • Proficient in English & Spanish. If not fluent in Spanish, then be willing to learn at pace.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Degree/master’s in business or engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced English (100%) and Microsoft Office
  • +4 years of experience in Sponsorships Marketing, Massive Events coordinator and Brand Marketing.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution.
  • Solid Project management skills.
  • Confirmed analytical, planning and negotiation skills, as well as critical thinking.
  • Able to mobilize the business around a clear goal and engage key customers at all levels.
  • Agency and cross-functional leadership skills
  • A driven self-starter, passionate about winning and performing extraordinarily.
  • Handle global relationship and being able to tropicalize the strategy.
  • Lead and implement budget and A&P planning wisely and effectively.
