We are seeking a dynamic Brand Lead with a strong background in strategy development and execution, to oversee key elements of our digital presence, brand identity, and marketing and communications efforts. Ideal candidates will demonstrate creativity in content creation, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to advancing organizational goals through impactful digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Brand Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and engagement across various online platforms. You will spearhead the development of compelling visual and written content for digital channels that support campaign objectives, maintain brand consistency and enhance audience engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Plan and oversee the implementation of integrated digital marketing campaigns, including social media, paid media, and email marketing efforts.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and insights, driving continuous optimization and performance improvement.
  • Lead the strategic direction of visual brand content, including video and short-format content creation using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Establishing clear objectives, budgets, and timelines for online campaigns; tracking KPIs and providing detailed performance reports.
  • Map monthly content calendar across channels ensuring appropriate allocation of content pillars throughout the month; post content and response management
  • Managing online paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social media advertising) to achieve campaign objectives, utilizing analytics tools for performance optimization.
  • Creating playbooks and guidelines to maintain brand consistency and best practices across digital platforms.
