Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for someone with a hunger for bringing our vision to life. You will be an integral member of the portfolio and marketing team, contributing to driving profitable growth across our well known and loved brands.
This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth and brand strategy for CSR Sugar. This is a 12 month parental leave contract reporting into the Marketing Manager for In-Home Baking.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive and execute existing strategic plan
  • Lead and deliver insight led communication and activation plans, executing with brilliance in market
  • Challenger mindset to driving brand growth in marketing activities. Development and implementation of high impact marketing to drive long & short-term uplifts
  • Lead portfolio optimisation to drive incremental profit
