Responsibilities:

As Brand Manager you will be a gatekeeper of extraordinary brands, sharing your passion of the spirits world by creating innovative brand and customer experiences through strategic and day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaigns.
You will report into the GM of the Market team but will also have a dotted line into the APAC Head of Marketing and work collaboratively with the wider APAC team.

Your day-to-day will be diverse and fast paced and you will be asked to work alongside other business functions (i.e., Sales team) to deliver exciting campaigns and projects for our partner brands and to continue to build the Proof and Company brand.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

  • Shape and communicate the brands’ stories and develop and execute brand strategies to a high standard
  • Translate, adapt brand strategies into marketing plans and go-to-market strategies while optimizing spending
  • Engage in storytelling to bring the brands to life by engaging with target stakeholders via communication efforts in online, social and digital creative development, and management and execution of events and trade activations
  • Ensure all brand and key strategies are in line with overall business strategies without compromising brand integrity
  • Measure, provide insights and analyze effectiveness of activations to assess ROI and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate executions with multiple external stakeholders
  • Devise innovative growth strategies and identify opportunities to optimize brand’s volume and revenue growth
  • Develop tactical, high-impact sales and promotional plans to meet business targets
  • Contribute to region and global initiatives in improving current brand/business performance
  • Prepare and manage performance led summary reports for various brands
  • Manage, track and evaluate Brand A&P investment
  • Nurture relationships with the brand principle and marketing team
  • Work with marketing coordinators across APAC to deliver brand activations and events
  • Provide inputs for strategic brand plans and decision-making
  • Project a positive company image, representing Proof & Company and The Proof Collective
  • Maintain a positive & collaborative working environment helping clients and coworkers whenever possible
