Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join our Marketing team in the Bleach category. This role is essential in crafting and executing brand strategy, being responsible for product development and promotion, orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns, supporting sales and distribution efforts, and analyzing brand performance to drive market success. In this role, you will:

  • General management of the Bleach category, including volume forecasts, S&OP projections, identifying commercial opportunities in collaboration with Trade Marketing, and maximizing pricing to improve GM%.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to boost market share and volume.
  • Define brand strategy for local implementation and oversee the Advertising & Consumer promotions budget.
  • Lead project team meetings and local initiatives, providing support for regional innovation to ensure excellent execution.
  • Analyze and generate diagnostics for key categories using Nielsen and Kantar information.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with the LRP and forecast processes.

What we look for:

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing and Trade Marketing in consumer goods companies, ideally multinationals.
  • Graduated (or equivalent working experience) in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in market data management - Nielsen/Kantar.
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, proactive, leadership.
  • Advanced MS Office skills
