Responsibilities:
Other key requirements for this role include:
- Proven track record of developing and leading both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) campaigns to deliver to agreed communication strategy, including working with key agency contacts.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing a brand P&L.
- Experience in managing brand advertising and promotional spend (A&P)
- Experience in project management and leading new product development (NPD) projects including commercialisation into market.
- Ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to present information and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using scan or ex-wholesaler data reporting (Aztec, IQVIA, Circana or Nielsen) with the ability to distil data into actionable insights and recommendations for decisions.
- Degree in marketing or a related business discipline (Desirable)
- Understanding of the TGA guidelines in relation to advertising of therapeutic products (Desirable)
