This evolved Senior Associate role has been created to ensure greater breadth and oversight of the brand & business development in the market. This role will be responsible for supporting development, execution and implementation of brand plan delivery in the market – with oversight of every consumer touchpoint (comms, PR, digital, shopper). The role will be focused primarily on consideration and conversion assets and initiatives. This newly created role will allow for breadth of experience and capability to allow for development within the LSB organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of the brand plan in the market
  • Responsible for delivering conversion strategy / shopper (on/offline) for the brand in the market
  • Responsible for briefing and on-time delivery campaign assets and initiatives
  • Oversight of the community manager – working together to define and deliver the social media content calendar – ensuring quality and frequency of content / managed via clear governance & approvals
  • Oversight of customer care line for market – ensuring clear FAQ and escalation as appropriate
  • Work with Analyst to define proactive new growth opportunities or address issues in base business / portfolio
  • Support and participate in core internal / external sales meetings (ie: Customer Brand days / S&OP meetings)
  • Accurate management, phasing, and reporting of local brand budget

Experience you’ll bring:

  • You’ve got strong marketing and FMCG experience
  • You have a real passion for consumers and shoppers and like to put yourself in their shoes
  • You’re comfortable managing projects in a matrix organisation
  • You’re a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Your communications credentials are one of your biggest strengths; you are able to strike up strong relationships with people from the get go.
  • You’re able to prioritise and juggle lots of tasks at the same time with relentless desire for high standards and high attention to detail.
  • You are first-rate at pulling together compelling presentations that tell a great story and drive for a win.
