YOUR SKILL SET:

A Solid Marketing Foundation: You hold a bachelor’s degree in business or economics (in Marketing is considered as a plus) and bring with you at least 8 years of total experience, with 5 years specifically as a Brand Manager—preferably in the FMCG sector with experience of delivering strategic, impactful marketing initiatives.
Visionary Leadership: Lead a team, mentor a Junior Brand Manager, and collaborate across departments, both locally and regionally, to execute successful strategies.
Innovative and Insight-Driven: You bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, ensuring brand relevance and consumer centricity are always front and centre.
Cross-Functional Navigator: Whether it’s trade marketing, financial analysis, or working with agencies, you’re comfortable managing diverse projects and priorities.
Communication Excellence: Your Hungarian and English verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to present your ideas clearly, whether you’re briefing teams or reporting to management.
Team Spirit: You’re a natural collaborator, comfortable working across functional departments, and driven by the passion and energy to work with world-class brands

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE IN THE BRAND’S STORY

As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the voice behind every campaign, the strategist behind every launch and the visionary driving our brand’s success. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Department you’ll design the strategic blueprint that propels our brand’s future, blending creativity, data and insight.
Leading a Junior Brand Manager as part of your team you’ll mentor and develop talent, fostering a collaborative work culture. You’ll also guide creative development, overseeing communication materials across channels - whether through digital campaigns, social media, in-store promotions or public relations initiatives. You’ll lead the charge, executing marketing and communication plans that touch everything from digital campaigns to in-store experiences. It’s not just about creativity - it’s about smart, consumer-centric approaches that position our brands to thrive.
But here’s the exciting part: You’ll integrate innovative ideas that make our brands stand out and shine, ensuring we remain consumer favourites. With every competitive analysis you conduct, every category insight you uncover, you’ll bring value that fuels real growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Strategize for Success: Propose and execute the strategic brand plan for the medium-term, always keeping an eye on market trends and consumer behaviours.
Creative Campaigns with Impact: From digital to in-store, lead 360-degree campaigns that resonate with consumers and drive measurable success.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyse sell-in, sell-out, and market share data, turning insights into actionable strategies to optimize brand performance and profitability.
Collaboration at the Core: Work across multiple departments, from creative to trade marketing, ensuring seamless execution of plans and strategies.
Financial Acumen: Manage brand profitability, review SKUs, and ensure budgets align with strategy while constantly tracking performance metrics.

HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE AND AT FERRERO:

Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.
