SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing environment (consumer or trade)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and engage proactively with diverse stakeholders
  • No construction industry experience required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement marketing strategies and assist with new product launches
  • Create and manage launch materials, videos and POS
  • Plan and coordinate exhibitions, events, and seminars
  • Manage all social media channels and create video content
  • Develop, implement, analyse and manage digital advertising campaigns
  • Liaise with graphic designers, freelancers, agencies and other external stakeholders
  • Manage the Flextool website, including updates, new product pages, user experience and optimisation.
  • Manage and maintain marketing spending
  • Help the sales team with promotions and marketing materials
