Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a permanent full-time Brand Manager Go To Market & Trade – Annabelle.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Annabelle, the Brand Manager Go To Market & Trade will be responsible for the development of trade marketing programs such as promotional strategy, in store trade assets, displays, visuals as well as launch execution of products for this brand. The incumbent will also manage various relationships with internal and external collaborators.
Responsibilities:
- Work with cross functional teams on promotional products taking in consideration market trends and consumer needs while supporting the portfolio and remaining profitable.
- Build a strong promotional plan that will deliver incremental profit for the brand. Determine optimal mix, products to be developed, that supports the brand and banners objectives.
- In collaboration with cross functional teams, deliver best-in-class 360 plans to support promotional and launch executions, including displays and POP.
- Create promotional campaigns that are relevant for the brand and will help to strengthen the base business and ensure sell through of limited-edition items.
- Work on POP seasonal updates (fixtures, hot spots, POP artworks, etc.).
- Create training materials for the sales team.
- Create and present trade programs, launch and promotional plans to internal teams and occasionally at retail level.
- Manage budget & PNL of programs.
- Track the competition closely, analyze market and follow trends to identify opportunities and ensure continued growth for the brand.
- Work with the sales team to organize in-store event, COOP’s trade shows, etc.
- Work closely with the sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing, merchandising and finance departments in order to build and execute Go-To Market and Trade plans according to prescribed deadlines and budget.
