Responsibilities:

Are you a coffee-loving, strategic marketer ready to drive the continued success and shape the future of an iconic brand? Ready to step up or break into the dynamic world of specialty coffee?

You’ll be at the centre of Toby’s Estate’s growth across retail, wholesale, and online channels. Reporting directly to our GM, you’ll lead a talented team of two and will work closely with our GM Marketing, Creative Director, Digital Marketing Manager, and Innovation Manager to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and true to its roots. Here is a snapshot of the role:

  • Develop and execute cross-channel strategies that keep Toby’s Estate at the forefront of the coffee scene.
  • Collaborate with our team to bring innovative ideas to life, ensuring every campaign aligns with our brand vision.
  • Push boundaries in retail, blending creativity with strategic focus to deliver standout marketing initiatives.
