WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Marketing or equivalent, combined with 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, a Brand Marketing environment or similar.
Your strong multi-markets and culture understanding, communication and influencing skills will prove to be an asset. As will your analytical, financial and project management skills.
Your dynamism, flexibility, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within strict deadlines will be key.
You will succeed in this role thanks to your result-oriented attitude, assertiveness and open-mindedness.
You will also contribute thanks to your excellent command of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), your knowledge of Nielsen/IRI Dashboards and familiarity with SAP Architecture
Lastly, you are available to travel.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Ferrero Luxembourg HQ is looking for a talented Nutella Ice Cream Brand Manager who will support the Senior Brand Manager Ice Cream – Nutella & Kinder in managing and developing the category in our Headquarters.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project development
In this role, you will support the Marketing Team in the 3-years plan and activity grid development, including proximity innovation (e.g. New product flavors), packaging development and new advertising communications.
You will collaborate with other functions and coordinate key stakeholders (e.g. Business Units, Technical Departments, Digital, Consumer Shopping Understanding, Operations, Legal) engaging colleagues to get their full commitment and agreement to ensure the implementation of the key initiatives lead by Category Team.
You will also monitor the whole process to ensure the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing.
Consumer Research & Data analysis
You will support the Senior Team members in briefing the Research Department (CSU).
Your activities will include preparing and taking part in the research field activities (Qualitative and Quantitative) as well as analyzing research results to identify and propose opportunities of marketing mix fine-tuning and next steps.
You will also organize the production of samples/mockups working with internal stakeholders or external agencies.
Product development/Portfolio management, Packaging design, ADV
You will support in the design, development and maintenance of the product portfolio, ensuring simplification initiatives across departments.
Furthermore, you will follow up with timings and consistent artwork implementation by key markets worldwide.
You will support in creating packaging design and ADV briefs for agencies, participating in the evaluation of the works to select the winning ones and finally ensuring the completion of the activities.
You will also support in the coordination of activities carried out by external suppliers (mockups, artworks, etc.) and in improving the execution of the strategic plan to maximize market impact, shelf visibility and product potential.
Lastly, you will prepare and share brand guidelines with the countries, create templates and certify artworks.
Budget Management
You will monitor the costs versus budget and, if necessary, implement corrective actions.
Finally, you will create requisitions for goods and services acquired and ensure the completion of the process (SAP).
