Description:
In your role you will drive all relevant marketing strategies and activities on a local level in the respective indication(s).
Your primary role will be to develop and drive the execution of the Brand Strategic Plan (BSP), by developing a deep understanding of customer needs and matching these insights with the strategic imperatives of our ADC (Antibody Drug Conjugates) products while enhancing the stakeholder engagement. You will report to the Head of Commercial.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry in a commercial role
- A degree in science (e.g. Master, PhD, PharmD) is preferred, but not a must.
- Additional experience in Digital Marketing is a plus (e.g. omnichannel, social media)
- Prior marketing/commercial experience, ideally in oncology as a local Product Manager
- Previous experience in the NSCLC therapeutic areas is considered a strong plus
- Experienced in developing marketing strategies and implementing solutions
- Ability to communicate, collaborate effectively and push things through/ across a matrix organization
- Previous experience in a co-marketing set up it is considered an advantage
- Strong accountability with demonstrated ability to work in teams, ideally in a cross-functional environment, as well as autonomously without constant monitoring
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Innovation mindset & technology experience preferred
- Flexibility to change priorities in a fast moving environment
- “Hands on” and “can do” mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver content marketing items that best suit customer needs for our leading brand(s) in close collaboration with the European brand leadership as well as our alliance partner
- Develop a clear understanding of customer needs and support the strategic direction of Daiichi Sankyo Oncology for each channel
- Create customer engagement platforms and initiatives to drive product preference and usage through non-traditional sales and marketing tactics (omni-channel approach, e.g. campaign E-mails, virtual learning platforms, etc.)
- Develop marketing tactics such as visual aids, advertising, speaker slide kits, media planning, product public relation, including overseeing sponsoring requests etc.
- Drive the agenda for cycle meetings and deliver impactful trainings for the sales force
- Deliver regular market analyses using available data bases (e.g. IQVIA)
- Own local brand plan development in collaboration with our alliance partner as well as the global/regional brand teams, including operational budget planning and revenue forecasting
- Drive the brand team meeting agenda to ensure alignment and cross-functional collaboration with other key team members and with external commercial partners
- Build a strong relationship with our alliance partner through open and transparent communication
- Manage the internal legal and compliance and medical review and approval of promotional materials
