As the Brand Manager you’ll drive the strategic development and execution of Marley Spoon’s brands, ensuring consistent messaging and creative representation. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and works is based at our head office in Sydney (Alexandria, NSW 2015).
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in brand management within retail, grocery, consumer goods, or e-commerce industries, ideally in direct-to-consumer businesses.
- Proven ability to analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to drive strategic and tactical marketing decisions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work across time zones and participate in weekly evening or morning calls.
- Experience with culinary or food-related brands preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, translating insights into actionable plans that align with Marley Spoon’s business goals and target audience needs.
- Oversee brand management, including maintaining brand positioning, managing design and packaging, and ensuring all touchpoints reflect the brand’s identity.
- Create and execute quarterly brand campaigns, developing toolkits for consistent messaging across channels and monitoring campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Culinary and Content, to align brand initiatives and manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities to meet business objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Manage the customer experience across every touchpoint, championing the customers voice and advocating for their interest to build strong brand loyalty.
