POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for an experienced Brand Manager for one of our premier pet brands. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of strategic brand management experience in the pet industry. The candidate is a proactive self- starter who is resourceful in solving problems with minimal direction, and who can build brand awareness while augmenting the brand value and the overall profitability. The right person will thrive in a dynamic, challenging, and fun environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Expand global brand reach / market share and maintain and improve the overall brand perception
  • Create and maintain sales forecasts, predict market trends, and measure performance against KPIs
  • Measure success and report on brand performance, customer satisfaction, and marketing campaign success keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
  • Manage and assist with product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotions with assistance from Brand Marketing Associate and Global Digital Commerce (GDC) group
  • Lead brand campaigns by collaborating with teams across different verticals such as sales, marketing, creative, and GDC
  • Assist in developing, managing, and implementing, groomer and brand ambassador sponsorship programs
  • Design brand and communication strategies along with Director of Brands and GDC group across several media platforms
  • Manage brand customers service team members and handle escalated customer complaints and product issues to protect brand image
  • Develop and execute build of tradeshow / event booth merchandising planograms and marketing materials
  • Attend tradeshows for brand, sister companies, and 3rd party distributors in sales capacity as needed
  • Assist in building as well as adhering to established budgets, estimates and performance indicators
  • Any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s Values.
