Our Marketing team is seeking a dynamic individual who will challenge the status quo and guide us in achieving first class value creation, build trust with colleagues and partners, simplify our business processes, drive growth and fight for our share. The scope of this position is national.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop mid-term and long-term strategic plans for the NIVEA Personal Care (Shower, Deodorant, Men categories)
  • Execute annual product marketing plans to achieve share, volume and profit objectives (which includes leading the go-to-market process for new product launches, pricing, advertising and media planning, trade and consumer programs including sampling)
  • Develop and implement new product launches in collaboration with international marketing teams
  • In collaboration with the media team and agency partners plan, execute and monitor national media campaigns including digital/TVC/ influencer/ social media strategy
  • Create financial and manufacturing planning forecasts.
  • Maintain and optimize marketing budget spending / ROI
  • Conduct various analyses (i.e., category, ad-hoc market research, program evaluation for ROI, etc.)
  • Control and monitor the development of sales, profit and market share vs. the annual business plan.
  • Proactively monitor, analyse and optimize marketing programs, competitive information, market trends, customer needs, professional communication and product performance in order to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver various presentations for management, sales organisation and trade customers, updating all decision-makers on the progress and status of product marketing plans
  • Lead and collaborate with multi-organizational business teams
