To reinforce our Oncology Business Unit, we are looking for a Portfolio Brand Manager Oncology Switzerland
Purpose: Accountable to partnering effectively across the organization to drive volume growth across oncology brands/indications in Switzerland. Must deliver on both marketing strategy and tactical execution to deliver optimal customer experiences. This role is based in Geneva as a part of the Swiss Affiliate and will report to Oncology BU Lead Switzerland.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Oncology experience
- Strong track record of marketing and or sales successes and strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to conceptualize, plan, execute and lead strategic marketing plans
- Capability to work with and build consensus among a wide range of partners, including affiliate, Hub, IBU and global stakeholders
- Capability to drive change and performance
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, able to be humble yet inspire respect and trust from others
