We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to develop, manage, and implement all aspects of the marketing mix for Pepsi and Mountain Dew). As a BM, your role leads the delivery of innovation/NPD agenda and brand communication, including localising global communications as well as creating from scratch communications. You will also ensure flawless execution of the AOP on time and within budget. The role will involve engaging the bottler and regional/global teams through effective influencing and negotiation, resulting in long term volume, share and penetration growth for the brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Develop and execute Pepsi Max and Mountain Dew brand plans aligned with business KPIs. Utilize consumer insights to drive effective marketing strategies.
  • Innovation & Commercialisation: Lead innovation strategies for NPD, ensuring market relevance and growth. Collaborate with internal teams for flawless execution and performance tracking.
  • Advertising & Creative Development: Embed brand positioning into ANZ markets, oversee creative development for impactful brand communications.
  • Media Strategy: Create standout media campaigns leveraging analytics for ROI and reach.
  • New Zealand Market: Align strategies with Australia, focusing on innovation and capability building in NZ as an incubator market.
  • Trade and Channel Development: Drive consumer promotions and initiatives with bottlers and key customers, ensuring on-time execution and performance measurement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with global teams, bottlers, and local stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and business success.
  • Talent Development & Leadership: Mentor Assistant Brand Managers, support integration efforts across snack and beverage categories.
  • Agency / Supplier Management: Manage relationships with key agencies, ensuring efficient collaboration and competitive advantage in consumer insights and initiatives
