ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As a brand manager, the role involves leading the development of integrated patient-centric marketing campaigns and the implementation of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies. This encompasses responsibilities such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning in support of strategic account management. Additionally, the position includes leading all aspects of data analytics and performance measurement, understanding market dynamics and the healthcare ecosystem, defining and leading initiatives to transform care, and providing cross-functional leadership and communication.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Your educational background is in Life Sciences and/or business with pharma marketing experience (3 years+).

  • Significant strategic experience with analytical skills
  • Experience with account working and digital channels with prior launch experience
  • Shown delivery and impact by driving healthcare transformation initiatives
  • Proven strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a cross-functional organization where you will lead and influence
  • Proficient in Norwegian and English language

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience from multicultural and/or international business environments
  • Experience of market access, medical affairs work or pharma sales is nice to have
  • Extensive digital campaign delivery is a real plus
  • Prior therapy area experience

Responsibilities:

This role is pivotal in driving brand performance and therapeutic area leadership. The oversight of the overall brand/therapeutic area strategy, marketing plan, and performance are major responsibilities in this position. Your deep understanding of market dynamics, customer and patient insights, competitive landscapes, and healthcare ecosystems will be key to your success. Cross-functional franchise teams leadership is key to ensure strategic and operational alignment, resulting in high market impact to the benefit of patients.
