Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A university degree in business or marketing is preferred
• Experience in retail is ideal, preferably within consumer staples or discretionary product sectors
• A background in consumer-packaged goods, particularly in furnishings, sleep/mattress or appliances/electronics is a plus
• Previous experience in brand management or support is ideal

• Live and breathe the customer experience getting inside the head and heart of our target audience
• Own the strategic purpose, mission, and positioning of our brand
• Be driven by finding the real reason to believe and unique selling proposition of our products and services
• Set the right objectives and key results for the brand and our business
• Act as the driving force behind leading our internal and external teams on all every day and strategic initiatives
• Have end to end ownership on our integrated programs, promotions, and campaigns
• Coordinate all budgets and expenses, accountable for the measurement, results, and return
