JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Marketing Campaigns Executive at Twinkl, you’ll be a key member of the Brand Marketing team, working closely with the Brand Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, developing, and creating brand campaigns in line with strategic goals.
- Leading strategic campaign planning, understanding the target market, and aligning with business objectives.
- Managing project coordination and collaboration by identifying key individuals across departments to effectively implement campaigns that support in achieving our goals in acquisition, retention, and brand.
- Contributing to yearly planning and identifying opportunities for reactive campaigns by staying on top of trends and conducting brand research.
- Collaborating with the internal partnerships team to determine how we engage with partners on campaigns.
- Collaborating with the internal creative agency to produce campaign-specific concepts and content.
- Working on a variety of topics, from Back to School campaigns to Christmas, Easter, and beyond.
- Actively tracking and analysing campaign performance, reporting back to senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities to pivot content and experimenting with new ideas to achieve results.
- Creating reactive content to engage educator communities and ensuring it meets a high standard.
- Ensuring a deep understanding of the Twinkl brand and tone of voice, adapting messaging to fit customer needs and ensuring relevance and appropriateness.

Core skills:
- Proven experience in brand marketing
- Strong background in campaign and project management, handling multiple stakeholders, including senior management, data, and technical team
- Deep understanding of the education sector and the digital marketing landscape
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing strategies
- Has a hard work ethic, is passionate, driven and loves what they do.
