Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Brand Commercial Supervisor works in close contact with the Commercial Management and collaborates with the other entities and representatives of the commercial area in order to guarantee the definition, planning and implementation of a brand commercial strategy from a trans-geographical perspective, such as to maximize results company sales.
Its main objectives are:
1) Develop analyzes to support the definition and planning of the brand’s commercial strategy
2) Maximize sales of the assigned brand and the achievement of commercial objectives relating to turnover, market shares, customer loyalty
QUALIFICATIONS
1.01 Supports the commercial management in preparing the brand commercial plan
1.02 Analyzes the brand market position in terms of customer and product portfolio, together with the various area supervisors and countries/trading/etc.
1.03 Monitors the competition and together with B2B CRM identifies potential customer development spaces in different geographies
1.04 In agreement with the commercial management, it ensures the declination of the brand’s commercial plan into specific goals in terms of timing, sales, revenues and market shares considering the geography and market in which it operates.
1.05 Plans the operational aspects of the sales campaign in terms of budget and activity schedule
1.06 Tracks sales performances and constantly reports the results, ensuring alignment between all the actors and adequate tension towards the result in a collaborative and at the same time competitive context
1.07 In close collaboration with the Martech representatives, it guarantees the coordination of the digital change processes that transversally affect the brand at a commercial level
1.08 It can be assigned by the Commercial Management to develop and coordinate on its behalf research or commercial development projects on the markets for the brand, collaborating with other commercial actors in the area
1.09 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one’s responsibilities
1.10 Promotes the adoption and development of use of digital technologies within one’s function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.11 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for them Sustainable development understood as an interconnection of practices oriented towards Environmental Care, Business and Organizational Community processes
