Description:

OVERVIEW:

Dave & Buster’s is seeking an energetic and creative Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that elevate the Dave & Buster’s brand. You will assist in the development and implementation of campaigns that drive guest engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. This position requires a passion for entertainment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, or AI tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for building brand experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a strong interest in entertainment, hospitality, or the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and in-store promotions, to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiative rollouts to ensure timelines are met, communication is clear (to field and at support center), and reporting is properly set up.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create and update marketing materials, including flyers, posters, digital ads, and in-store signage.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing data and providing insights to optimize performance.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors and partners, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
